I wanted to write and make sure you know how wonderful and truly special you made my wedding weekend. Every single encounter from Valet, to Bell Hops, Front Desk, Room Service, and Wait Staff, etc. was so helpful and genuinely sincere. I felt as if you were all part of the wedding and were excited and happy for me. I have to stress I can't remember the last time I experienced service of this caliber. It made me so happy to know that all my out of town guests were being so well taken care of, especially the new in-laws. Thank you for treating me like family during this very special time. From room transfers and dress delivery everything was seamless and relatively stress free and you have no idea how meaningful this was to me. A true wedding gift, making my wedding day so wonderful.
